KBA Bee School

KBA’s 2024 Bee School was a huge success and we are looking forward to 2025! Bee School is held at the Sugar River Valley Technical Center at the Newport, NH Middle High School. Sessions are held over the winter while the bees are resting ahead of Spring, allowing plenty of time for new beekeepers to obtain the information and equipment they will need to get started.

2024 Sessions:

January 27th, February 3rd, 10th, 17th, & 24th

Sessions are held on Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

2024 Tuition:

The cost is $80 for an individual or family and includes all 5 classes, the textbook and a one year membership to KBA which includes access to the club apiary, mentorships, hands-on workshops. meetings, club library, guest speakers, newsletters and more.

Bee School T-shirts are available for students to purchase at $15 per shirt. Sizes S-5XL.
T-shirts are white with black printing & have ‘Kearsarge Beekeepers Association’ on front and ‘Kearsarge Beekeepers Association Beekeepers School 2024’ on the back. Shirts will be available for purchase at the first session on January 27th.
